An acknowledgement will be issued by HD Administrators LLP within five working days from the date of receipt, and the complaint will then be investigated and a full response issued within 28 days. If the matter is not dealt with to your satisfaction, you can write to the:

The Pensions Ombudsman can also deal with complaints and disputes with personal pension schemes. The Pensions Ombudsman is completely independent and acts as an impartial adjudicator. The Offices of the Pensions Advisory Service (OPAS) provides free help and advice to members of the public who have problems concerning their rights under personal pension schemes. Its independent service is provided through a network of local advisers. The correspondence address for both organisations is: 11 Belgrave Road, London, SW1V 1RB. Making a complaint will not prejudice your right to take legal proceedings.
Evidence of identity
To comply with the requirements of the Criminal Justice Act 1993 and the Money Laundering Regulations of FSMA 2000, there is an obligation to carry out checks to establish proof of all investor’s identity and residence. The application form includes consent for HD Administrators LLP or the Newcastle Building Society to carry out these checks. Should these checks prove unsatisfactory, proof of identity will be required. HD Administrators LLP cannot accept a new client until these requirements are satisfied.
