Kathryn Clark
Kathryn has over 20 years experience in the Banking and Financial Services sector, holding several key positions with Blue Chip companies, including HSBC and Norwich Union, before going on to operate in the Private Sector. She is a fully qualified (AFPC+ and a Pension Transfer Specialist) and regulated Financial Services Authority (FSA) individual, whose expertise lies in Corporate Group Pensions, having spent many years as both a Technical and Investment Consultant to Trustees of Defined Benefit Pension Schemes and Pensioneer Trustee to many Small Self Administered Pension Schemes (SSASs).She is also a Director of a number of Companies set up under Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, for which consent has been granted by the Jersey Financial Services Commission pursuant to Article 5 of the Companies (General Provisions) (Jersey) Order 2002 for the circulation of the Prospectus, Principal and Supplementary Memorandums pertaining to the investments offered within the Protected Cell Companies.
Kathryn established and obtained full FSA approval to operate the HD SIPP in 2007, having realised the limited availability of reasonably priced SIPPs offering its customers the facility to invest in a wide range of investments, when working with the promoters of the Jersey Company investments.
Jonathan Gill
Jonathan has recently joined the team having returned from a period working in Spain on Lifestyle Insurance. He has over 16 years experience working in the pensions industry advising clients on current and future financial objectives, advising corporate clients on retirement provisions and training financial consultants in all areas of financial advice.
Jonathans’ main responsibilities within the HD SIPP are client and advisor contact. Jonathan holds Financial Planning Certificates 1, 2 and 3.
