HD SIPP Forms

The HD SIPP is able to receive both pension contributions and transfers from other Registered Pension Arrangements.

To establish an HD SIPP, you must complete an application form and supplemental deed and provide these to HD Administrators LLP, together with payment of the first contribution or a completed transfer instruction form from the arrangement being transferred to the SIPP.

Your right to change your mind

Your right to change your mind: You have a statutory 30 day period in which to reconsider your decision to establish the SIPP, during which you have a right to cancel the HD SIPP. This means that HD Administrators LLP will not take any further action on the application until the 30 day period has elapsed.

If you choose to cancel your HD SIPP within the statutory time period, a full refund of any contributions paid will be paid, less any fall in market value of any underlying investments made.

Should you wish to proceed immediately with your SIPP, you have the right to waive your 30 day cancellation period. The option to waive the 30 day cancellation period is contained within the application form which also includes a declaration that you understand the implications of doing so.
